Though this is probably of no interest to people who don’t go to France or like french food, it is most deserving of documentation on my blog. My family & I regularly visit this Hôtel restaurant when on our holiday. The Michelin star chef produces a creative menu every year, never failing to satisfy its customers. Not only is the setting picturesque, but it also really tranquil, so much so we are the loudest noise there is when dining there. The restaurant can be found in the Limousine region in Fursac, should it be of interest.
